Who we are: Sol Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital advertising services. This notice explains how we handle personal data on solmedia.co.il.

What we collect

Contact details you submit: name, email, phone, company, and message (via “Contact” forms).
Newsletter details: email address (and optional name).
Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers via analytics and advertising pixels (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please don’t include it in free-text fields.

Why we use your data (purposes & legal basis)

Respond to your inquiry / provide quotes (based on your consent when you submit a form).
Send newsletters and marketing (only with your consent; you can unsubscribe anytime).
Measure and improve site performance (our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site).

Based on our current activities (brochure site; contact form; newsletter; no sensitive data), we are not required to appoint a DPO. If this changes, we’ll update this notice.
